After a thriving career in Italy, WelcHome International was pleased to welcome Daniele to the team. As a motivated, results-oriented professional, he combines his negotiation skills with his passion for the property market. Able to speak Italian and French as he worked as an international property finder for several years. Creative and business-oriented, Daniele, with his partner Pietro Scano, invented a new way to purchase properties in Italy, the "Acquisto Programmato" or "Planned Purchase" and thanks to the interviews made with a newspaper like "Il Sole 24 Ore" and local televisions,  all Italian property market had the benefit of this method. 

His passion for photography gave him the chance to put those skills at the service of the estate field.

All began working with a photographer as an assistant photographer years ago. He became a creative photographer capturing true stories and inspirations all across the UK and beyond, but France and Italy are also two countries that he's working with and new promotions and possibilities are coming in the near future.

His photography is all about capturing honest and genuine moments from dazzling smiles to each other side expressions of art and daily routine...

His passion is taking photographs that you'll fall in love with every single time you have seen them and he will be documenting every single part of your property to shine as few other do.

Since joining our team, Claudia Dessi has played a crucial role in the continued success of the business. exceptional skill set, true passion and creativity has inspired massive growth. Claudia loves fashion and is all about design.

With over 12 years in the retail industry, Claudia has experienced the strives and the downfalls of the retail business. What keeps her going is the relationship she has developed over the years with customers and business companies and colleagues.

Outside her job, Claudia’s great passion is writing! She likes getting people excited about the things that she is discovering time by time, fashion style, decorating a house, renting a property in such a beautiful place as London, walking around her neighbourhood, and historic style changes.

Claudia is fluent in English and Italian (her native country), and She speaks and understands a little Spanish and French, always trying to improve her language by speaking with people and asking little things to get better and better!

Claudia’s passion for African and Asiatic countries and cultures lead her to study and obtain a master’s degree in International relationships, a long time ago!

Claudia came to London four years ago and since then she never stopped to learn new things and know new people which can give her always a new inspiration to examine in depth the world around her…
